From start to finish, this was an incredible experience. The communication was fantastic, the team were genuinely awesome to deal with, and the sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and just plain cool. The e-bike itself is amazing. It's become Al's absolute favourite possession, and I've honestly never seen him so happy. It's the envy of all his mates, and he rides it every chance he gets. As parents, what we love most is that it gives him the perfect balance of freedom and independence while still being completely legal and legitimate. That peace of mind is priceless. So happy with the 505! After looking at a few different ebikes I went with flight risk and the shipping was super fast considering I’m in Melbourne and the company is located in Sydney. Get lots of looks and people asking questions about it! Kids absolutely love it they are always asking to go out on it. Saving me a bunch of money on not using petrol either 10/10 highly recommend

Review I am so happy, excited and absolutely IN LOVE with my Flight Risk 505 😁 it is so much fun, I feel like a kid again and just want to be out riding all the time!! I’ll be using it to get to work and home and now I’m excited to go to work just so I can ride my bike 😂 Even my boyfriend has been trying to ride it every chance he gets and he wants to get one now! I had a bad experience with one of the authorised retailers that I purchased my bike from (NOT Flight Risk), with this person becoming verbally aggressive to me over the phone, swearing at me and calling me dumb/stupid etc. I was really distressed at the treatment I received and I didn’t want to deal with them again. After that I reached out to John directly for help. John was AMAZING! I can’t thank him enough for all of his assistance. He was so helpful, reassured me that I wouldn’t have to deal with the shop again and organised for my bike to be sent directly to my home address. I got the bike quickly after John took over and it arrived direct to me and I didn’t have to deal the other shop at all. It was such a relief and when I put my bike together, I was absolutely stoked. You couldn’t wipe the smile off my face! I just want to keep riding it and keep going for a spin around the block every day haha! John kept me informed the whole way and then helped me once receiving my bike on answering some questions for me. I cannot speak highly enough of Flight Risk, John’s customer service is above and beyond and I would recommend Flight Risk to everyone! I have a bmx and dirt bikes but this bike is just so much fun plus it looks cool as hell 😃 I am so happy and again John, thank you for making everything easy for me and helping me SO much in sorting out the problems. The best customer service and the best experience through Flight Risk, I’m so happy with my bike!
