FR ESCAPE APP SEPTEMBER COMPETITION | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The Promoter is FLIGHT RISK CO PTY LTD (ABN 36 681 393 457) of 22 Ewan Street, Mascot NSW 2020 ("Flight Risk", "we", "us").

2. THE COMPETITION

The "FR Escape App Competition" (the "Competition") is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be judged on total verified kilometres ridden as recorded in the FR Escape App.

The Competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Only kilometres ridden and recorded within the Competition Period count.

Winners will be announced in the FR Escape App on 5 October 2026 and contacted directly using the details on their FR Escape App account.

3. WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over at the time of entry who hold a registered FR Escape App account.

Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. The Promoter may require evidence of consent at any time, and any prize won by an entrant under 18 will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

Directors, officers and employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, its resellers and agencies associated with the Competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Limit of one entry (one app account) per person. Entries made using multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered with false details will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND HOW TO WIN

To enter, ride your Flight Risk EEV with ride tracking active in the FR Escape App during the Competition Period. Total kilometres are calculated from rides recorded in the app.

The entrant who records the highest total verified kilometres during the Competition Period wins first prize. The second and third highest verified totals win second and third prize respectively.

Tie-breaker: if two or more entrants record the same total, the entrant who reached that total first (by date and time of their final recorded ride) will be ranked ahead. No element of chance will be used to separate entrants.

Only kilometres ridden on a Flight Risk bike, recorded through the FR Escape App, count towards an entrant's total. Kilometres recorded by any other means will not be counted.

5. RIDE FAIR, RIDE LEGAL

The Promoter may audit any entrant's ride data. Rides showing speeds, patterns or locations inconsistent with genuine e-bike riding (including data suggesting the tracked device travelled in a car or other vehicle, GPS spoofing, or manipulation of the app or ride data) may be excluded or the entrant disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion.

Entrants must comply with all applicable road rules and laws in their state or territory at all times. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose recorded rides indicate unlawful or unsafe riding.

Safety comes first. Nothing in this Competition requires or encourages entrants to ride beyond their ability, ride while fatigued, or take risks. Ride to the conditions, every time.

The Promoter's decisions on kilometre verification, rankings and disqualification are final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.

6. PRIZES

First prize: one $500 VISA gift card. Gift card use is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions, including any expiry date and applicable fees.

Second prize: one $250 Flight Risk voucher, redeemable at flightrisk.au. Voucher terms, including expiry, apply.

Third prize: one Flight Risk merch pack valued at approximately $150. Contents are at the Promoter's discretion and subject to availability; items of equivalent value may be substituted.

Total prize pool value: $900. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and (other than the VISA gift card) cannot be taken as cash. An entrant may win a maximum of one prize.

If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, or is found to be ineligible, that prize will be awarded to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant.

7. PRIVACY

The Promoter collects entrants' personal information, including ride and location data recorded in the FR Escape App, to conduct the Competition, verify entries and award prizes. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available HERE.

By entering, winners consent to the Promoter announcing their first name, state and winning distance in the FR Escape App and on Flight Risk's social channels, and agree to reasonable participation in Competition-related publicity, without further compensation. Winners under 18 will not be identified without parent or guardian consent.

8. APP STORES

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Entrants release Apple and Google from any liability in connection with the Competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to the Promoter, not to Apple or Google.

9. GENERAL

By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter's interpretation of these Terms is final.

If the Competition cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including technical failures, app outages or data integrity issues), the Promoter may, subject to any applicable law, modify, suspend or cancel the Competition.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the Competition or any prize, including participation in riding activity, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Entrants are responsible for any tax implications arising from winning a prize.
