Manufacturers Faults, defects and/or Failure.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER:

  • Exclusions for Claims, Damage, or Failures Due To:
  • Misuse, including impacts, collisions, or any freestyle activities.
  • Natural events such as water damage, fires, storms, or floods.
  • Exposure to external factors (e.g., weather conditions) resulting in issues like rust, stains, blemishes, or similar damage.
  • Damage caused by foreign objects or debris.Improper fitting, installation, or assembly of parts.
  • Modifications, repairs, or services performed by unauthorized individuals or companies, unless explicitly approved by Flight Risk.
  • Damages occurring during shipping or transit (we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout if needed).
  • Normal wear and tear on components such as tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, and consumables (including fluids).
  • Failure to maintain or service the bike according to the recommended schedule.Modifications or DIY installations of non-original parts or accessories not supplied by Flight Risk, or any alterations to the product from its original manufacturer specifications.
  • Products won in competitions, giveaways, or exclusive promotions.

To be eligible to make a warranty claim you must:

  • Be the Original Purchaser as listed on the Receipt.
  • Lodge your Claim within the Valid Warranty Period from the Date of Receipt.

Are eBikes legal to ride on the road?

You have the option to unlock your bike to its full speed or power potential. However, be mindful of local laws, as this could restrict your bike’s use to private properties or off-road areas only. It’s a good idea to check the speed regulations in your area, as most states prohibit speeds above 25 km/h on public roads.

Do your ebikes come assembled?

All Flight Risk eBikes come 80%-95% assembled. You can add on assembly by the Flight Risk techs in your cart for local delivery or pick-up. Check out our Manuals and Guides page for the final steps if you choose to assemble your eBike, so you can get to riding as soon as possible.

Bought my black 505 from a authorised stockist at the start of June, such a life changer! It has definitely improved my mental health as I can go outside independently more often as I have not passed my drivers test yet. The bike is probably the best thing I have bought in a good while, great value for money as it has front suspension and a rear rack compared to a competitors model of the same price which lacks the suspension and the rack. Overall, a great bike, would recommend to anybody who is wanting to escape the ordinary on an ebike!

Over the moon! I’d give these guys six stars if I could. Beautiful warehouse & show room. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A big thanks to John, who showed me all the bikes, gave me a test ride and patiently answered all of my questions. I’m 5 ft 2 in and the bike I tried (505) felt more nimble and easy to handle than other fat bike brands. The purchase process was super easy and the team worked super hard to provide same-day delivery. You will have to go digging on the website for manuals and guides but the bike is straightforward to use. Flight Risk gets six stars from me! Thanks so much to Johnny and the whole team!

Received our FR505 this week as a birthday gift for my teenage son and he absolutely loves it! Such a smooth ride, slick look and all the parts of the bike are top quality! He said the seat is comfier than a Dirodi. The customer service at Flight Risk is second to none - I purchased the bike through a stockist who unfortunately delayed the delivery, however, one call to FR and John made sure the bike arrived fully assembled in time for the birthday surprise. And a huge thanks to the FR delivery man who brought the bike right to the front door which involved bringing the bike up a number of steps in our apartment block. In only a few days it has taken us on many local adventures already.

Awesome e-bikes and awesome bunch of guys! I bought my son a FR505 for his 15th birthday in January and he's already clocked up over 350kms in the first few weeks. He is absolutely stoked with his bike! We considered other big name e-bike brands at the time but we settled with the Flight Risk as they were headquartered in Sydney, we wanted something different from the same old bikes everyone else had and we got a great deal. The bikes are well spec'd and great quality for money. We recently had a small maintenance issue so we took it to the warehouse and it was fixed while we wait, nothing was a problem. We can definitely recommend John the Flight Risk team and their awesome bikes! I am even thinking to get another one for the family.
