Delivery Times

Orders are processed and despatched within 24–48 business hours.

Estimated delivery timelines:

- Metro NSW: 2–5 business days
- Regional & interstate: 5–12 business days


We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year processing times can be extended and delivery may take up to 14 business days once dispatched.

Shipping Carriers & Signature

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

- eBikes: TNT
- Accessories: TNT or FedEx

All deliveries, including accessories, require a signature and cannot be left unattended. If no one is available to sign, re-delivery fees may apply. We recommend shipping to an attended address or a trusted location.

Important Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Assembly & Package Sizes

Our bikes ship up to 95% assembled. A quick minute final setup is required. Watch our assembly videos here.
