Flight Risk E-Bike Shipping Policy
Below is an overview of the most commonly asked questions about Flight Risk's shipping information. If you haven’t found an answer to your question, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 FLT RSK (1300 358 775). We’ll be able to take your call from Monday – Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm AEST. Please note that our service team is unavailable on Public Holidays.
Australia: Free shipping with Team Global Express.
If you place an order before 12pm (AEST/AEDT) Mon–Fri, we will send your order on the same day. Most customers receive their order within 3-7 business days.
Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns for change of mind are only accepted if the package is sealed, unused, and in perfect condition.
2. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at hello@flightrisk.au to request a return.
2. Returns must be sent or dropped off to: 22 Ewan St Mascot NSW 2020.
3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
