Orders are processed and despatched within 24–48 business hours.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro NSW: 2–5 business days
- Regional & interstate: 5–12 business days
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods such as Afterpay Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year processing times can be extended and delivery may take up to 14 business days once dispatched.
Shipping Carriers & Signature
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
- eBikes: TNT
- Accessories: TNT or FedEx
All deliveries, including accessories, require a signature and cannot be left unattended. If no one is available to sign, re-delivery fees may apply. We recommend shipping to an attended address or a trusted location.
