Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

  • Metro NSW: 2–5 business days

  • Regional & Interstate: 5–12 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier demand, location, and seasonal periods.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods such as Afterpday Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, processing times may increase and delivery may take up to 14 business days once dispatched.


Local Delivery – Sydney Metro

We offer a VIP local delivery service across the Sydney Metro area (within approximately 60km of our Mascot HQ).

Your Flight Risk is professionally prepared and delivered by our team in the Flight Risk delivery van, arriving fully assembled and ready to ride.

  • Delivery area: Sydney Metro (approx. 60km radius from Mascot HQ)

  • Despatch: Next business day

  • Service fee: $119

  • Available with assembly only


Shipping Carriers & Signature

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • eBikes: TNT

  • Accessories: TNT or FedEx

All deliveries require a signature on arrival and cannot be left unattended. If no one is available to sign, re-delivery fees may apply.

We recommend shipping to an attended address, such as a workplace or secure location.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


Assembly & Package Size

Flight Risk eBikes ship up to 95% assembled. A small amount of final setup is required before riding.

Multiple Shipments & Future Delivery Items

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. eBikes and accessories are often shipped separately.

Items purchased for future delivery will ship as soon as they become available. You will receive tracking updates for each shipment once dispatched.

Once despatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier and may vary due to weather conditions, transport delays, carrier demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details may incur additional re-delivery charges.
