How do I submit a warranty claim?

Just complete the Warranty Claim Form below with your details, proof of purchase, and details of the issue. Our team will review your claim and contact you with next steps.

How do I claim if I purchased during an extended warranty period?

Submit the Warranty Application Form as usual and include your proof of extended warranty eligibility. We’ll verify and process your claim accordingly.

What happens if the bike is misused?

Misuse is not covered. This includes impacts, crashes, collisions, stunts, or any freestyle riding that causes damage.

Is damage from storms, floods, or fire covered?

Damage caused by natural events — including water damage, fires, storms, or floods — is not covered under warranty.

Does weather-related damage count as a warranty issue?

No. Weather exposure that leads to rust, stains, blemishes, corrosion, or any similar cosmetic damage is not covered.

Is damage from debris or foreign objects included?

Damage caused by rocks, debris, or any foreign objects is not covered.

Can I use my own repairer or a non-Flight Risk service?

Not without prior approval. Any repairs, modifications, or servicing done by an unauthorized individual or company voids the warranty unless Flight Risk has expressly approved it beforehand.

What if parts are installed incorrectly?

Improper assembly, incorrect installation, or poorly fitted parts are not covered by the warranty.

Is shipping or transit damage covered?

Damage that occurs during shipping or transit is not covered. We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout if needed.

Are wear-and-tear items included in my warranty?

Normal wear and tear on parts like tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, and consumables (including fluids) is not covered.

What if I don’t keep up with servicing or maintenance?

Failure to maintain or service the bike according to the recommended schedule is not covered.

Can I install my own accessories or modify the bike?

DIY installations, non-original parts, aftermarket accessories, or any modifications that alter the product from its original manufacturer specifications are not covered.

Can I claim warranty on a Flight Risk I've won?

Products won through competitions, giveaways, or exclusive promotions are not eligible for warranty coverage.
