Great bike for getting around on, plenty of power for hills, and a great range (I’m about 95kg and get 70+km). Highly recommend!
Store owner replied: We're so stoked you're loving it!
Seamless service Bravo
Store owner replied: Seamless is the standard. Welcome to the Flight Risk Crew!
Great bike and pick up service.
Store owner replied: Smooth pickup and a solid ride — exactly how it should be. Appreciate the support.
I couldn’t be happier with my Flight Risk FR505! The delivery was incredibly fast, but what really stood out was the customer service. I actually changed my mind about the color after I had already placed the order, and the team handled it effortlessly. They were professional, accommodating, and made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for a great e-bike backed by a team that actually cares about their customers, this is it.
Store owner replied: Getting the right colour matters — glad the team made it seamless. That's how it should be, full stop. Enjoy the 505. Thank you legend!
Very happy with our entire flight risk experience. From ordering, delivery and riding!!
Easy to assemble. Fun to ride.
I had a bit of trouble setting up the app Eventually sorted it out . Love the riding experience on my FR505 Up’s here on the central coast . I am 73 years old and have no trouble riding with my grand kids. The riding set up is very comfortable with the high handle bars and comfy seat . Thank you Flight Risk Botany
Store owner replied: Thank you for sharing this, it really means a lot. Stoked you got the app sorted and that the FR505 is treating you well on the Central Coast. Riding comfortably with your grandkids at 73 is seriously impressive. We’ll pass the kind words on to the crew!
Love the bike Love the FR service Absolute tragic delivery experience...
Bought my black 505 from a authorised stockist at the start of June, such a life changer! It has definitely improved my mental health as I can go outside independently more often as I have not passed my drivers test yet. The bike is probably the best thing I have bought in a good while, great value for money as it has front suspension and a rear rack compared to a competitors model of the same price which lacks the suspension and the rack. Overall, a great bike, would recommend to anybody who is wanting to escape the ordinary on an ebike!
My daughter loves her 505! Great quality bike and exceptional service. Will definitely purchase from Flight Risk again.
Over the moon! I’d give these guys six stars if I could. Beautiful warehouse & show room. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A big thanks to John, who showed me all the bikes, gave me a test ride and patiently answered all of my questions. I’m 5 ft 2 in and the bike I tried (505) felt more nimble and easy to handle than other fat bike brands. The purchase process was super easy and the team worked super hard to provide same-day delivery. You will have to go digging on the website for manuals and guides but the bike is straightforward to use. Flight Risk gets six stars from me! Thanks so much to Johnny and the whole team!
Had the absolute pleasure of getting in touch with John from Flightrisk and there service was absolutely elite. Just rode my FR505 home and was absolutely blown away with how agile it was. Nothing but the best from these guys.
Received our FR505 this week as a birthday gift for my teenage son and he absolutely loves it! Such a smooth ride, slick look and all the parts of the bike are top quality! He said the seat is comfier than a Dirodi. The customer service at Flight Risk is second to none - I purchased the bike through a stockist who unfortunately delayed the delivery, however, one call to FR and John made sure the bike arrived fully assembled in time for the birthday surprise. And a huge thanks to the FR delivery man who brought the bike right to the front door which involved bringing the bike up a number of steps in our apartment block. In only a few days it has taken us on many local adventures already.
Highly recommend the team at flight risk! Unreal customer service and their bikes quality is next level. So happy with my 505 and wish I got one sooner! Spread the word, get a flight risk!
We recently purchased two bikes from Flight Risk: the 505 and the 101. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The boys were incredibly helpful and friendly, and let us test all the models The boys at Flight Risk truly went above and beyond, and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Will need to drop by again when there's more stock of the 555, cheers fellas!!
Awesome e-bikes and awesome bunch of guys! I bought my son a FR505 for his 15th birthday in January and he's already clocked up over 350kms in the first few weeks. He is absolutely stoked with his bike! We considered other big name e-bike brands at the time but we settled with the Flight Risk as they were headquartered in Sydney, we wanted something different from the same old bikes everyone else had and we got a great deal. The bikes are well spec'd and great quality for money. We recently had a small maintenance issue so we took it to the warehouse and it was fixed while we wait, nothing was a problem. We can definitely recommend John the Flight Risk team and their awesome bikes! I am even thinking to get another one for the family.
My son spent a couple of weeks deciding on which brand of e-bike he was going to spend his money on, and he definitely made the right choice. He loves his white 505 Flight Risk E-Bike, it looks great along with the accessories he also purchased from Flight Risk. Johnny and his team were awesome to deal with, they went over and above with getting the bike assembled in a quick turnaround. They spent time giving us a tutorial on how to use the bike and its controls and provided the answers to our questions and concerns.
