1. The Promoter is: FLIGHT RISK CO PTY LTD (ABN: 36 681 393 457) whose registered office is at 22 Ewan Street, Mascot NSW 2020.

The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over, except employees of FLIGHT RISK CO PTY LTD, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of their household, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There are no entry fees and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
a. Follow the official Flight Risk Instagram account (@flightriskco).
b. Comment on the official entry post before kick-off (approx. 8:15pm AEST on Wednesday 27 May 2026.
c. In your comment, include your guess for all four (4) of the following: the winning team, the final score, the first try scorer, and the man of the match.
d. Tag a friend in your comment.

6. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Where an entrant submits multiple comments, only their first valid comment (containing all four guesses and a friend tag) will be considered.

7. The closing date for entries is 8:00pm AEST on Wednesday 27 May 2026.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. The prize is as follows: One (1) FR555 eBike in the winner's choice of colour (blue or maroon), subject to availability.

No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize does not include any accessories, riding gear, insurance, or delivery costs unless expressly stated. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

12. The winner(s) will be the entrant(s) who correctly guess all four (4) outcomes (winning team, final score, first try scorer, and man of the match).

If more than one entrant correctly guesses all four outcomes, the winner will be selected at random by the Promoter from those entrants.

13. Rollover. If no entrant correctly guesses all four (4) outcomes for State of Origin Game 1, no winner will be declared for that game and the competition will roll over to Game 2. If no entrant correctly guesses all four outcomes for Game 2, the competition will roll over again to Game 3. A separate entry window will be opened for each rollover game and announced on the Flight Risk Instagram account.

14. Winners will be announced on the Flight Risk Instagram account. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date (or the closing date of the relevant rollover game). The winner will only ever be contacted by Flight Risk. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entrants.

15. The Promoter will notify the winner of when and where the prize can be collected or arrange delivery.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, fraudulent, automated, generated by a bot, or otherwise in breach of these terms or Instagram's terms of use.

17. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in publicity material relating to the competition, along with their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the *Privacy Act 1988* (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
