Flight Risk E-Bike Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for change of mind, giving you 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. The refund will be minus our shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Returns for change of mind are only accepted if the package is sealedunused, and in perfect condition.

2. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at hello@flightrisk.au to request a return.

2. Returns must be sent or dropped off to: 22 Ewan St Mascot NSW 2020.

3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Inspect your e-bike upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong model. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. If your refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us at hello@flightrisk.au.
