Flight risk service faqs

When should I take my Flight Risk ebike for a service?

We recommend booking your first service at around 1,000km.

This initial service includes a full safety check and bike wash and is typically $120. If brake pads are required, they’re an additional $30. The service usually takes around one hour to complete.

We then recommend you bring your bike in for service every additional 1,000km or once per year.

Where do I bring my Flight Risk ebike for service?

Bring your bike down to Flight Risk HQ in Mascot for servicing and repairs. Not located in Sydney? We have a range of authorised stockist who also handle our repairs.
