Pre-Order & Estimated Shipping Date

Flight Risk offers pre-orders when an item is out of stock or when we are awaiting new inventory. When placing a pre-order, payment will be charged at checkout. By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the immediate processing of your payment. The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products will be indicated on the product page. Please note that this date is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery or arrival date. Shipping timelines may be affected by production schedules, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds

Flight Risk retains the right to cancel any delayed pre-orders at any time (“Discretionary Cancellation”). If a pre-order is canceled by Flight Risk, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Pre-Order Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your pre-order, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To initiate a refund, please submit your order number and refund request through our website’s contact form. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

Flight Risk reserves the right to cancel any pre-orders subject to significant delays. If your order has not shipped within 14 days beyond the initially estimated shipping date, you may request a cancellation and receive a refund by contacting us via our website’s contact form. We will provide updates via email regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, we will automatically issue a full refund.

Changes to Pre-Order Terms

Flight Risk may modify these pre-order terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website flightrisk.au, and placing a pre-order after changes have been made means acceptance of the revised terms.
