By placing an EOFY order with Flight Risk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

EOFY Order & Estimated Shipping Date

Flight Risk offers EOFY orders as part of our end-of-financial-year sale event (also referred to as "The Great Escape"). When placing an EOFY order, payment will be charged at checkout. By completing your EOFY order, you acknowledge and agree to the immediate processing of your payment. All EOFY orders will be shipped from after the 6th of July. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery or arrival date. Shipping timelines may be affected by production schedules, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds

Flight Risk retains the right to cancel any EOFY orders at any time ("Discretionary Cancellation"). If an EOFY order is cancelled by Flight Risk, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

EOFY Order Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your EOFY order, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided your order has not yet been despatched. To initiate a refund, please submit your order number and refund request through our website's contact form. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

Flight Risk reserves the right to cancel any EOFY orders subject to significant delays. If your order has not shipped within 14 days beyond the estimated despatch window, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund by contacting us via our website's contact form. We will provide updates via email regarding your EOFY order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be automatically issued.

Changes to EOFY Order Terms

Flight Risk may modify these EOFY order terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website flightrisk.au. Placing an EOFY order after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
