The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over, except employees of FLIGHT RISK CO PTY LTD, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of their household, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. A purchase is required to enter this competition. Entrants must make a qualifying purchase of $200 or more (after any discounts are applied) at flightrisk.au during the competition period to receive an entry.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Competition Period: The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on Friday 5 June 2025 and closes at the end of the Flight Risk EOFY sale period. The closing date will be announced on the Flight Risk website and social media channels.

6. How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry into the competition, entrants must make a single purchase of $200 or more (after any discounts are applied) at flightrisk.au during the competition period. One (1) entry will be awarded per qualifying transaction, regardless of transaction value. Multiple qualifying purchases during the competition period may result in multiple entries. Entrants are automatically entered upon completion of a qualifying purchase — no further action is required.

7. The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are valid and accurate at the time of purchase. Any entry associated with an order that does not include a valid email address or phone number will be deemed void.

8. Only valid entries associated with a verified qualifying purchase will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entry where the qualifying purchase cannot be
confirmed or where valid contact details have not been provided.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

11. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12.  The prize is as follows: One (1) FR888 eBike in White subject to availability. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize does not include any accessories, riding gear, insurance, or delivery costs unless expressly stated. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

13. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.

14. The winner will be announced on the Flight Risk Instagram account and will be notified via the email address or
phone number provided at the time of purchase within 7 days of the draw. The
winner will only ever be contacted by Flight Risk. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner by random draw.

15. The Promoter will notify the winner of when and where the prize can be collected or arrange delivery.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, fraudulent, automated, generated by a bot, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in publicity material relating to the competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
