Flight Risk JetSki Summer Promotion | Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is FLIGHT RISK CO PTY LTD (ABN 36 681 393 457) of 22 Ewan Street, Mascot NSW 2020 ("Flight Risk", "we", "us").
2. The Promotion
The "Flight Risk JetSki Summer Promotion" (the "Promotion") is a trade promotion lottery. The winner is determined by random draw, and chance plays a part in determining the winner.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion opens at 09.00am AEDT on Friday 6 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 20 December 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Only qualifying purchases made within the Promotional Period are eligible. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
4. Who Can Enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, in all states and territories.
Directors, officers, managers and employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the prize supplier, and agencies and retailers associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, ex-spouse, parent, child, sibling (whether natural or by adoption), or any other person who usually lives with them.
Entrants must provide accurate personal details. Entries made using false or misleading details will be invalid.
5. How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotional Period make a single qualifying purchase of more than $2,500 (including GST , after any discounts) from Flight Risk, either online at flightrisk.au or in store at Flight Risk HQ, 22 Ewan Street, Mascot NSW 2020 (a "Qualifying Purchase").
Entries are allocated automatically using the name and email address provided at purchase. No other action is required.
Each Qualifying Purchase receives entries as follows:
Value of a single transaction (incl. GST)
Over $2,500 – $4,999.99 = 1
$5,000 – $10,000 = 10
Over $10,000 = 20
Entries:
Entries are calculated per transaction, based on the total amount actually paid in that single transaction. Spend is not cumulative: separate transactions are not added together to reach a bracket or move up a bracket. For example, two separate purchases of $2,500 each do not qualify, and two separate purchases of $3,000 each earn 1 entry each (2 entries in total), not 10.
6. Entry Conditions
There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant may receive, provided each entry results from a separate Qualifying Purchase.
The following do not count towards a Qualifying Purchase: delivery charges, and purchases made through third-party retailers or wholesale accounts.
If a Qualifying Purchase is cancelled, refunded or returned (other than under a product warranty or the Australian Consumer Law where the item is repaired or replaced) before the draw, the associated entries will be void. If a partial refund reduces the amount paid below a bracket, entries will be adjusted accordingly. Nothing in this clause limits an entrant's rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter may verify the validity of any entry and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a manner contrary to these Terms.
7. The Prize
There is one prize: a Sea-Doo Spark 2UP 60 personal watercraft (the "Prize").
The total prize pool is valued at $9,999 (RRP, including GST). Prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value.
8. The Draw
The draw will take place at Flight Risk HQ, 22 Ewan Street, Mascot NSW 2020 at 12:00pm AEDT on Monday 21 December 2026. The first valid entry drawn at random will win the Prize. The draw will be conducted by the Flight Risk Marketing Manager.
Each entry has an equal chance of being drawn; an entrant with more entries has a proportionally greater chance of winning. An entrant may win the Prize only once.
9. Winner Notification, Claim and Unclaimed Prize
The winner will be notified by email (and may be contacted by phone) using the details provided at purchase, within 24 hours of the draw. The winner's surname, first initial and postcode will be published at flightrisk.au/jetskipromo from Wednesday 23 December 2026 for at least 14 days. To claim, the winner must respond within 14 days of notification and provide proof of identity, age and residential address, and may be asked to provide proof of the Qualifying Purchase.
If the Prize is not claimed within that time, or the winner is ineligible, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at the same location at 12:00pm AEDT on January 15 2027. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 24 hours, and their surname, first initial and postcode will be published at flightrisk.au/jetskipromo from 18 January 2027.
10. Prize Conditions
The Prize must be collected from Flight Risk HQ, Mascot NSW within 30 days of a date agreed with the Promoter, or delivered to the winner's address at the Promoter's cost. The winner is responsible for all other costs, including fuel, insurance, travel, registration, servicing, accessories, and any stamp duty or transfer fees not stated as included.
The winner (and any operator) must hold a current personal watercraft licence in their state or territory before operating the Prize, and must comply with all applicable boating laws and the manufacturer's instructions. Operating the Prize is at the winner's own risk.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable state or territory regulation. Manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
Sea-Doo is a trademark of BRP Inc. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, BRP Inc. or Sea-Doo.
11. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to conduct the Promotion, verify entries and award the Prize. Entry is conditional on providing it. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at flightrisk.au/pages/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct it and how to make a complaint. The Promoter may also use entrants' personal information to send them marketing communications about Flight Risk products, services and promotions, by email, SMS or other channels. Entrants can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option in any message or by contacting the Promoter at hello@flightrisk.au.
By claiming the Prize, the winner agrees to reasonable participation in Promotion-related publicity, without further compensation.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, and personal injury) arising from the Promotion or the Prize, except liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. General
By entering, entrants accept these Terms. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including technical failure or fraud), the Promoter may, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator, modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to the Promotion is final, except as required by law. The winner is responsible for any tax implications of winning the Prize.
