THE OFFER

The Project X Pack is a gift with purchase, available exclusively with Series VI eBike purchases made directly through Flight Risk at https://flightrisk.au/ from Friday 23 October 2026.

1. Series VI eBikes purchased before 23 October 2026, or through stockists, marketplaces or any third party, are not eligible. Flight Risk is not responsible for honouring the offer on purchases made outside flightrisk.au.

2. Available for a limited time only and strictly while stocks last. The offer may be withdrawn or ended at any time without notice.

3. Limit of one Project X Pack per eligible Series VI eBike purchased. Orders containing more packs than eligible bikes may be cancelled or amended at Flight Risk’s discretion.

4. The Project X Pack has no cash value, cannot be purchased separately, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be applied retrospectively to prior orders.

5. If a Series VI order is cancelled or refunded, the Project X Pack must be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund.

6. Flight Risk reserves the right to substitute pack contents with items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

7. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
