Got my new 303 and initially had some trouble pairing the app to my phone. John from FR spent two minutes sorting it out and I was off and racing with all the bells and whistles. Bike does everything it's meant to. Happy happy customer!
I absolutely love my new 505 bike! I ran into a small issue with the rear brakes, brought the bike back and spoke with John, who was incredibly helpful. Instead of just fixing it, he went above and beyond — upgrading the entire brake system to Tektro hydraulics at no extra cost. Outstanding service! John, you're a legend!

We won the FR505 from the radio station in Sydney with Kyle & Jackie O and boy oh boy are we impressed with this beast of a bike!!! So easy to assemble, shipping was accurate and fast, we love the features and how easy it is to set up. I couldn't recommend this bike more! We are obsessed — and all our friends are jealous & want one too!
John and his team were fantastic — nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent before and after the sale. When I had a minor installation issue, they resolved it in five minutes over the phone. The FR505 is an absolute beast! Living semi-rural, I've ridden it on dirt roads, through paddocks and across all kinds of terrain — handles it all with ease. Highly recommend!
